Are pets allowed
Unfortunately to protect other customers who may suffer from allergies, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
What happens if the van breaks down
AA Roadside cover is provided with the vehicle. We would ask that if this happens on your return day, please let us know as well as early as possible.
What time can I pickup the vehicle?
The camper van is available to pick up from 3PM on the first day of your hire.
What time do I have to return the vehicle?
We would ask you to return the camper van by 11AM on the last day of your hire.
Is the van supplied with fuel
We supply the van with a full tank of petrol and would ask you to return it in the same state. If it is not returned full, we may have to levy a charge to cover the refuelling.
Is bedding included
Bedding and towels are provided for the duration of your hire – for more information, see what we include
Is there an excess on the insurance policy
Yes, the amount is dependent upon the age of the drivers. For more information, see our insurance page.
Are there any age limits on the drivers
Drivers must be between 21 and 79 with a minimum of 24 months full UK, EU, USA, Australian or New Zealand licence experience.
How many people can the van seat
There are seats for 4 people in the van. We don’t supply child seats as standard, but can supply one for a small additional fee – see our optional accessories page for more information.
How many does the van sleep
The vehicle has a double rock n roll bed for two adults and a top bed which sleeps two children or one adult.
Where do we pick up the camper van
You can pick it up from our base in Aviemore, or if you’re arriving by train into Aviemore, let us know the time and we can pick you up at the station.
Can we use the vehicle in winter
Absolutely, the vehicle has four wheel drive, is well insulated and has 13.5 tog duvets.
Can I take the vehicle abroad
If you provide us with enough notice and details of your destination, we should be able to help.
Can I smoke in the vehicle
No, all of our hires are non-smoking. If we find a hirer has been smoking in the vehicle, we may levy a cleaning fee!
How can I pay
By most major debit or credit cards – there will be a small fee for paying by Credit Card. Unfortunately we don’t accept American Express, non-UK Maestro or non-UK Electron. You can also pay by bank transfer into our business account. Cheques are fine, as long as we receive the cheque 10 days prior to the start of your holiday. If paying by cash, we do need at least some of the payment by card.
